The Challenge
A marketing agency juggling 20 to 30 clients at once, each with its own brand and deadlines, and the cost of keeping in-house designers and editors to serve all of it.
Why Doodl Space
A white-label design and video team that scales up or down per client, so Writopedia carries no designer headcount of its own.
Writopedia is an Ahmedabad-based marketing agency, running since 2014, that specializes in content scripting and AI automation. At any given time it manages 20 to 30 clients, each with its own brand language, tonality, and deadlines.
Like most agencies, Writopedia used to keep in-house graphic designers and video editors. But in a competitive market, recruiting that talent, training it on constantly changing software and AI tools, and holding on to it was expensive and difficult. Demand also swung sharply from one client to the next, so a fixed team was either sitting idle or badly overstretched.
What an agency actually needs is not a bigger payroll, but creative capacity it can turn up or down as client work moves, without the cost and risk of carrying it in-house. And it needs that capacity to hold each client’s brand and tonality precisely, across many clients at once, without the usual friction of designers who tire of revisions or resist changes.
That is where Doodl Space came in. Writopedia was one of its very first clients, and the subscription model let Writopedia stop carrying in-house creative entirely. Dedicated resources learned each client’s tonality and brand language and were quick to pick things up; when a brand needed edit-based videos turned around in three days, Doodl delivered. Revisions never became a fight, the thing agencies dread most, and when a workload spiked, Writopedia could add a resource or switch to pay-as-you-go for a few days, then pause again, instead of scrambling to hire. Over more than five years, and through a portal that replaced the old email back-and-forth, Doodl Space has effectively been Writopedia’s design and video arm.
"Once you establish that trust, you're carefree. I can go on with my meetings and my travelling, and I know it will still happen."
